The course should allow the students to see the need for the coordination of the actions of many international, governmental and other organizations as regards humanitarian programs. Using the examples of concrete programs for countries in military and other conflict zones, the student will be in a position to see the realization of the above programs as a very difficult, serious and complex set of actions on which the lives and future of many people depend.
Our task is to understand the importance of social, cultural and political issues in humanitarian programs, as well as in post-conflict reconstruction.
