Once registration round opens

• signing up in the system and paying applicaton fees: 9 February – 28 June
• submitting documents required for qualification (if required for the programme): up to date, as recruitment applications are submitted, no later than 28 June
• booking paid application fees: untill 29 June

entrance exams: until 5 July

Results & enrolment

• results announcement: until 7 July
• dates for enrolment: 17 February– 28 July
• submitting certificates from doctor of occupational medicine (if required for the programme),
• the final date for submitting: apostille, proof of insurance, and decision of the Polish education authority (kurator oświaty) - 28 September

• the final date for submitting: apostille (legalization), proof of insurance, and hard copies of the documents if the enrollment was online: until 28 September
