Fees and Financial Aid

The application fee

The application fee is 20 EUR / 22 USD / 85 PLN.

Please note that after you have confirmed your registration and selected the currency in which you will pay the application fee, you will not be able to change the currency.

The bank account number to which you will be paying the fee is unique for each candidate. Once the registration is completed, this account number is noted in the registration profile in the Online Application System (OAS). The registered candidate is required to pay the application fee to the specific bank account number provided. No other payments may be made to this bank account, except the application fee payment.

All additional costs associated with the transfer are the candidate's responsibility. In the event of an excess or mistake in payment, the costs of transferring the money back to the candidate are his/her responsibility. The University is not responsible for any additional money transfer costs.

The tuition fee

The tuition fee for the programme is 4500 EUR per annum (9000 EUR for the full two-year programme). 

Important:

The tuition fee for the programme from the 2024/2025 academic year will be 4500 EUR per annum (9 000 EUR for the full two-year program).

I installment: until 7 days from the date of enrollment

II installment: 15th February 2023

III installment: 15th October 2023

IV installment: 15th February 2024

The bank account number to which you will be paying the fee is unique for each candidate. It will be created after the enrolment.

Banks abroad (outside of Poland) require some detailed information. Below is the basic data for the money transfer:

Please note that the tuition fee payment must be made in EURO. All additional costs associated with the transfer are the candidate's responsibility. ISAD Scholarship

ISAD programme has its own dedicated scholarship for three best candidates on the first year of studies, and for the three best students on the second year of the studies. It is: 1st place: 1500 EUR, 2nd place: 1000 EUR, 3rd place: 500 EUR.

Who can apply?

Applicants have to be students of ISAD programme:
- on the first year of studies; 
- on the second year of studies*.

* Second-year ISAD students, who were registered for the second year based on the conditional registration, or students, who did not register themselves in accordance with the plan of the studies for the second year, are not eligible to apply for ISAD scholarship.

JU Scholarship

JU Scholarship is dedicated to the most talented students of our University whose various talents go beyond the rigid assessment frameworks and encourage their further development with respect to their creative freedom and individualism so that they join the group of the most remarkable graduates of their Alma Mater.

The amount of the scholarship is PLN 2,000 per month and is granted for the whole period of your studies. Additional benefit for granted student is guaranteed place in a dormitory during the scholarship payment period paid by the student according to general rules determined by the JU.

Poland My First Choice Scholarship

Poland My First Choice scholarship programme, with a monthly NAWA scholarship amounting to PLN 2,000 (ca. EUR 460) to cover the living allowance during the period of education in Poland specified in the Regulations. The Programme also offers an exemption from education fees. Visegrad scholarship

The International Visegrad Fund is offering Bachelor’s, Master’s and Post-Master’s scholarships to study abroad at universities in the Visegrad Group countries (Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia).

 Why to apply:

  • no age limit
  • any academic discipline and any language eligible
  • any accredited higher-education institution for up to 4 semesters
  • 2,500 EUR per semester for scholar + 1,500 EUR per semester for the host institution

The Rector’s of JU Scholarship

We would like to inform you that top 10% of newly admitted students (if their last year of BA studies happened in the academic year preceding the academic year of starting ISAD programme, and did not finish any MA programme) and students from the II year of studies can apply for the Rector’s of JU Scholarship for the best students – this year it is 815 PLN each month from October till June. The Rector’s scholarship on the first year is granted based on confirmed by your university transcript of grades (must be in English or Polish) and/or academic achievements (conferences, articles published in scientific journals or books etc., participating in research projects) and/or sport achievements – every such achievement academic or sport has to be confirmed by appropriate certificated translated into Polish.

The Banach Scholarship Programme is dedicated to young people from developing countries who wish to take up studies in Poland.

The objective of the Programme is to promote socio-economic progress of developing countries by raising the level of knowledge and education of their citizens in the form of scholarships for second-degree studies in Polish or in English at Polish universities supervised by the Minister of Education and Science in the field of engineering and technical sciences, agricultural sciences, exact sciences, and life sciences.

The NAWA scholarship may be applied for by citizens of the following countries: Albania, Angola, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kosovo, Lebanon, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Palestine, Peru, the Philippines, Senegal, Serbia, South Africa, Tanzania, Tunisia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.

In addition, the citizens of Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Montenegro, Moldova, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan can complete second-degree studies in the fields of humanities and social sciences under the Programme, with the exception of philological studies in the field of the beneficiary’s native language.
