How the Committee sets the list of laureates?

The Committee sets the list of laureates of first-year ISAD students based on the recruitment list created from the aggregated recruitment lists of all rounds of recruitment in the 2022/2023 academic year.

If the same number of points is obtained by students, who are in the first year of studies, and are being on the place guaranteeing the scholarship on the ranking list, it will be awarded to the student having higher score in motivation letter assessment, which is part of the ISAD programme recruitment process.

If the same number of points is obtained in the recruitment process by students, who are in the first year of studies, and have the same number of points and the same score in motivation letter assessment there will be a thesis proposal assessment made by the Committee.

The Committee sets the list of laureates of second-year ISAD students based on their academic performance during their first year of studies.

Scholarship for the second-year ISAD students is awarded on the basis of the weighted average of grades received in the preceding academic year, in which the Scholarship is granted, based on the calculation provided in Regulation for first-cycle, second-cycle and long-cycle study programmes.

The weighted average of grades takes into account all subjects required by the plan of the studies of ISAD programme, with the exception of Foreign Language course and all courses, which form of completion is non-graded assessment.

In the case of obtaining the same weighted average of grades by students, who are in the second year of studies, and are being on the same place guaranteeing the scholarship on the ranking list, it will be awarded to the person who obtained the higher weighted average of obligatory subjects. Then, the progress of the students’ diploma thesis will be assessed by the Committee.
