Facing rising divisions of European societies: Debate and Workshop
As MA programme should not be only theory all ISAD students are welcome to join organized by our Faculty debate and workshops focused on the issue of “Facing rising divisions of European societies”.
Considering security and development of Europe, in the long run, the subject of the event is profoundly important. The debaters, as well as participants of the workshops, will try to find the answer to question: How can we overcome polarisation in Europe?
The debaters will be:
Jean-Marc Ayrault, Former Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of France,
Hans-Gert Pöttering, Former President of the European Parliament,
Bartłomiej Wróblewski, Member of the Polish Parliament (Sejm) and Chair of the German-Polish, Parliamentarian Group, Law and Justice Party (PiS),
Chair: Karolina Zbytniewska, Editor-in-Chief of EURACTIV Poland.
The Debate will start on December 3rd, 2019 (Tuesday), 18.00-20.00.
Place: Auditorium Maximum, Sala Wystawowa,

The Workshops will start on December 3rd, 2019 (Tuesday), 10:00-13:00.
