Paweł Laidler holds habilitation with honors in political science (Faculty of International and Political Studies, Jagiellonian University, 2012); PhD. in political science (Faculty of International and Political Studies, Jagiellonian University, 2003), and M.A. in law (Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University, 2000), He is the recipient of Sasakawa Young Leaders’ Fellowship Fund (SYLFF, 2001, Research visit at Catholic University of America, D.C.). He was a Visiting Professor at JFK Institute for North America Studies, Freie Universitaet in Berlin (2015). He conducted research and lectured in the United States, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Japan and Australia. He was the recipient of the First Award for the Best Teaching at Jagiellonian University (2013), and eight-times recipient of JU Rector’s awards for outstanding teaching and scientific results.
