Magdalena Kossowska-Lai holds a PhD in social sciences, discipline: quality management. She has extensive experience within business on a global level as a subject matter expert, project manager (including setting up new locations and people management) and many more. Over her career she has been working with multiple companies from FTSE500 list and holds many professional certifications, e.g. Green Belt Six Sigma. Her interest in science lies within project management, intercultural relations and communication, international management, internationalization, and human resources management within international business. She has been a part so far in research projects, e.g. within UNA Europa (Una Resin) or in cooperation with Collegium Medicum. She is actively publishing scientifically having strong interest in interdisciplinary research and cooperation.
