International Security and Development programme structure 2023/2024

First-year students must enroll in all obligatory courses and chosen elective courses. Total number of ECTS credits in the first year: 60. Student chooses one foreign language from: Polish, German, French, Spanish, Russian. The student has the right to choose elective courses available in other fields of study (in particular, those provided by the International Relations and Public Diplomacy programme - this link goes to a new tab - are recommended) based on the consent of the programme director. The programme director may decide not to open selected elective courses in a given academic year.

During the second year of the program, the student has to choose one academic track, complete all obligatory subjects assigned to the chosen track and an appropriate number of elective courses regardless of assigned specialization, which allow obtaining a minimum of 60 ECTS per academic year.

Internship is a facultative part of studies. Students should present confirmation (this link goes to a new tab) of carrying out an internship before the end of the second year of studies.
